We have put together a few requirements in point form to help you come up with an article that we can accept immediately. The last thing that we want (and of course you want) is to have to ask for revisions or reject articles. After all, revisions and rejections waste your time and ours.
Please note that IF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, we will immediately ask for revisions.
If THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE FOLLOWED CORRECTLY and there are no other minor errors, there is a very good chance we will immediately accept the article, post a positive evaluation and add you to our favorites list.
Ok, Lets begin....!
Firstly view our basic template by clicking one of the three links below. These examples give you a good insight to what we view as acceptable.

KEYWORDS
- Our "keywords" are often mulitple words in sequence and not singular words, we will always provide 3 x "keywords”, for example :
"Grow Apples" - is 1st keyword
"Apple Growers California" - is 2nd keyword
"Apples for Cooking" - is 3rd keyword
- One (or more if possible) keyword must be used in the main article title.
- All three keywords should be used 2-3 times in the body text of the article. The final article must never have the same keyword used more than 2-3 times, (excluding the main article title).
WORD COUNT
All our article should be 300-400 words, and 5-6 paragraphs need to be used.
MAIN ARTICLE TITLE
The main article title needs to convey what the article is about. It should not be just the keyword. For Example:
"The Easy Way To Grow Apples In Your Garden"
"For Expert Advise On Growing Apples Contact Apple Growers California"
"What Are The Best Apples For Cooking Apple Pie?"
- The main title should never mention the website we provide.
- The main title must include at least 1 x keyword.
SUBHEADINGS
Your subheadings needs to have relevance to the preceeding body paragraph, but be aware that subheadings count towards the overall word count, but please note that subheadings are not counted as a separate paragraph.
- Each heading must begin with 2 x ## and be on a seperate line from the main body copy. For example:
bodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopy
bodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybody
copybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodyco
## The best recipes that incorporate Apples
bodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopy
bodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybody
copybodybodycopybodycopybodybodycopybodyco
LISTS WITHIN THE BODY COPY
If you need to put some dot points into the article, it is fine to do so but limit the number to no more than 5 list points.
- Each list point must be on a seperate line
- Each list point must begin with a single HYPHEN, then a space, then your words (just like this list!)
- Apples are Healthy
- Apples taste great
THE ARTICLE CONTENT
This is a very important section.
The article must be a "general interest" article and NOT explicitly promoting a single site, product, or service. We recommend browsing through the website we provide before beginning the article to get a solid understanding of what they are offering. This does not have to be for long, just a 5-10minute glance so that you can write relevant information.
- The article MUST NOT mention the website we provide at all.
- Take a look at the site mentioned in the order name, figure out how to write an article about that keyword, but whatever you do, don't make this an online brochure for that site.
- This needs to be something you could find in a newspaper or magazine -- general interest, objective, not written by the marketing team. (The sites we submit to won't accept purely promotional articles!)
- Don't write an article that is diametrically opposed to the content/position of the site. For example, if you are writing an article about a website whos business is fitness, and it's mostly focused on workouts, busting myths about fad diets, and living a healthy lifestyle, don't write an article praising a fad diet or talking about diet pills and how great they are.
HOW TO WRITE THESE ARTICLES EASILY
An Easy way to write the articles we require is to write Q&A or List-Style articles. We really prefer this type of article but if you feel comfortable writing a standard 6 paragraph article, then thats fine!
By Q&A we mean devise 5 or 6 questions relevant to the keywords or subject. Then simply answer your own questions before writing a short introduction or conclusion. Do not start the article's main title with a question that asks the definition of a keyword, such as "what are apples for cooking?”. Perform a spell-check to fix any errors before submitting for review. For example:
How do I Grow Apples?
## How do I know what are the best seeds to buy?
## What soil is best for growing?
## My backyard is huge, where should I plant?
## What are some techniques for maintaining my trees health?
## When should I pick my Apples?
By List Style we mean entitle the article "top 5 reasons you..." or "top 5 ways to..." then present your 5 separate sub-headings for each list "entry" and add an inrtoduction or conlcusion. For example:
5 Key Points To Grow Apples Succesfully At Home
## Purchase the Right Seeds
## Make sure your soil is good quality
## Choose the correct position
## Take care of your tree
## Pick your Apples at the right time
Final Things
============
If you have _any_ other questions before you accept the article, let us know. Better questions up-front than full on revisions later.
We realize these are a lot of instructions, but if you look closely at the sample article (!!!) we included above, and just try and write your content similar to that, then it'll all make sense, and won't be hard, annoying, or lead to too many revisions or a rejection.
If you're comfortable with this style of writing and don't have a lot of difficulty grasping our guidelines, it makes us happy, and we'll add you to a favourites list and can work with you, directly, in the future. If you notice we are rating your articles "excellent" and you have an easy time with our guidelines, send us a message next time if you're looking for direct work. We are always happy to assign work to someone who knows how to do it well.
